電視臺(tái)導(dǎo)演洛俊（曾國(guó)祥 飾）熱衷于拍攝靈異節(jié)目，但是節(jié)目收視率太低，面臨被砍的命運(yùn)，而他和女友、好哥們歐陽(yáng)維邦（尹子維 飾）的關(guān)系也進(jìn)入冰河時(shí)期。借酒澆愁的洛俊在深夜駕車(chē)狂飆，結(jié)果在寂靜無(wú)人的樹(shù)林出了車(chē)禍。就在此時(shí)，他聽(tīng)到呼救聲，繼而看到一名孕婦坐在樹(shù)旁。他幫助孕婦抱起剛出生不久的嬰兒，接著卻發(fā)現(xiàn)孕婦早已被人割斷喉嚨沒(méi)了呼吸。報(bào)警后逃離現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的洛俊，自此后卻被孕婦女鬼傅穎思（唐寧 飾）跟上。女鬼感謝他的幫助，希望洛俊能夠撫養(yǎng)嗷嗷待哺的孩子，并承諾報(bào)答他的恩情。
在此之后，洛俊利用女鬼做出極為逼真的靈異節(jié)目“生死一線”，一切都發(fā)生了變化……
